  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped

We offer shipping within the United States and may offer international shipping upon request.

  • Carriers may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx

  • Customs processing may cause delays beyond our control

3. Shipping Costs

7. Delays & Carrier Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances once the item has been shipped.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
  • Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate

If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.


9. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery

10. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the package and item
